Sometimes, users enter the wrong IP 192.168.0.l instead of 192.168.0.1. As “1” and “l” look similarly at the first sight, most of us enter the wrong IP.
Generally, users by mistake type 192.168 01, 192.168.01, 192.168 0 l, 192.168 o 0.1 instead of 192.168.0.1. 192.168.1.1, the second most used login IP by many router producers. When the password of any router fails to work, reset it by the following steps:
- Beside Ethernet ports or a router, you may find a small reset button.
- Using a small needle to start the resetting process once its power is on.
- At least for 10-15 seconds, press and hold the reset button until reboot starts.
- Wait for the router to restart and check if the default IP address 192.168.0.1 starts pinging.
- Finally, access into the browser.
